Our shop is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
We are closed on Sundays. BUT, call us, often we can connect with you to help.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 3 or more days prior to the following major holidays: Christmas Day, Valentine's Day & Mother's Day.
We are usually open the Sunday before each of these days. Delivery times are NOT guaranteed on the weekend of these days, due to high delivery volume. We recommend deliveries on the Thursday/Friday of that week. BETTER EARLY THAN LATE.
Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Aboriginal Day, Vetern's Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday and Labor Day.
Call us, often we can still help. It's not unusual for us to be available to help. Usually, we do not custom design on holidays but do have arrangements already made.

Our shop serves the following areas: Yellowknife
BUT, we also, ship by air to MOST Communities. Air Freight is extra. Our responsibility for the entire shipment ends at the airport. Claims of damage, ect... must be filed with that airline.
Due to differences in airlines in regards to pricing, we normal use the customers credit card number to pay for the air bill.
In most communities, the flowers will need to be picked up at the airport. Deliveries, if available cost extra.

A local delivery fee of $10.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, a different fee may vary.)
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries, USUALLY, on Sundays. But Exceptions can be made. Delivery Fee starts at $15 on Sundays. Otherwise, deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
FLY-IN COMMUNITES WILL HAVE:
1.) AIR FREIGHT CHARGE ADDED TO THEIR ORDER.
2.) $15 MIN. BOXING AND INSULATION CHARGE PLUS $15 DELIVERY CHARGE TO THE AIRPORT. IT IS PREFERED TO HAVE YOU CALL US TO GET ACCURATE COST.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If you open an account on our site or make a purchase, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address to complete your transaction.
